This is the exhaustion that is caused by overusing digital devices, especially switching around the screens and apps.

I personally think this is very dangerous because this happens to me sometimes and I tried to stay away from digital devices with a strong consciousness.

If you work like me, being a freelancer that you can work from anywhere and at any time, do you want to control yourself to stay away from digital devices because if you lose control of it, then you'll be locked in front of the screen for such a long time.

Digital fatigue happens to me when I am busy with my own blog and other client work.

When I know I will be busy with work, then I always try to book my time on the calendar to go to the sauna or to meet my friends because I will not touch any devices when I'm at the sauna or when I am with my friends.

The 3 easy steps that you can avoid are as below based on my experience.
