I live by myself and I cook a lot; if I have nothing planned with my friends I always cook but actually it doesn’t take much time to cook healthy food.
Why? Because I always go for the shortcut.
What I do is to buy a frozen veggies or buy the fresh vegetables and cut and freeze them mediately.
