I am writing this post on Jan.18th 2023.

As a minimalist traveller, I would like to leave some information about the hotels in Japan.
There are so many cost-efficient hotels in Japan and APA Hotel is one of my favourites.
Let's examine why APA hotel gives you a decent experience.
The overall impression of APA Hotel
I am staying at APA Hotel Roppongi SIX located in the very middle of the busy Roppongi area.
To be honest, If you are looking for a luxurious and authentic hotel experience, APA hotel is not for you but if you are looking for more than standard-level accommodation, I suggest you try other hotels.
Overall impression
As I have stayed at APA hotel many times before, I feel kind of comfortable staying at APA hotel but still, I do not think APA Hotel is something extraordinary.
I will recommend APA hotel to the people like myself, a minimalist traveller with a decent budget but not a big fan of fancy things but still, need the standard level.
Shower room and bathroom
Usually, the shower room and the bathroom are in the same area.
If you do not like this type of accommodation, you will have very limited.
Another upside is that the tap water in APA hotel is drinkable.

The water pressure of the shower itself is great so you will not feel uncomfortable using it.
The toilet is just great.
Flashes so quickly, and it is always clean.
( I know the Japanese toilet is famous around the world ;)
The Bed
The bed is not too bad but the problem is the pillow.
It's so thin as you can see and once you arrive at the hotel, you want to call the front and ask them to bring the nicer pillow.
I have no idea why they can prepare this thin pillow, I do not even want to call it a pillow, with the standard price.
Be careful about this.
How to book APA Hotel?
It's very simple; you just have to book from their official website.
One upside of staying at APA hotel is that you can get quite financial advantages.
If you will visit Japan several times, you definitely want to download the APA hotel app and check in with the app.
