Now they have many shops in countries including 24 shops in Japan.
The coffee beans you can experience from Blue Bottle Coffee are very unique since they have their own green beans procurement network.
The interesting thing about Blue Bottle Coffee is that the founder James Freeman has mentioned that he was influenced by the Japanese coffee culture.

The interior is usually very cool and cozy and you can enjoy the atmosphere as well as the taste of the coffee.

They have a big espresso machine that can brew 3 espresso shots at the same time.
Also, you can see the different types of coffee grinders specified for both espresso and pour-over.
This time I ordered iced pour-over coffee since it was surprisingly hot in Japan even in mid-November.
What you get from Blue Bottle Coffee is usually a big cup of coffee so if you drink coffee like a fish, Blue Bottle Coffee will satisfy you.
Also, non-caffeine coffee cherry fizz is one of my favorites from Blue Bottle Coffee.
In the afternoon I can not drink any caffeine drink so when I feel I want to work at the cafe, I just jump out of my place and go to a cafe with a non-caffeine beverage.
Coffee cherry fizz is made from the coffee cherry, but it is without caffeine.
Surprising right?
It was like a mocktail and I felt excited drinking a super delicious non-caffeine beverage.
